Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Naravid's website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Naravid is an AI tool that turns a written story or topic into a narrated animated video, including scene images, voiceover, captions, and a thumbnail. Features and limits may change as the Service evolves.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Your content & generated output

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to these Terms and your having paid for the credits used, you own the videos and assets you generate and may use them commercially, including on YouTube and other platforms. You are solely responsible for your inputs and for ensuring your use of the outputs is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. AI-generated output may be imperfect or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

You grant Naravid a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.

6. YouTube uploads

If you connect a YouTube channel, you authorize Naravid to upload videos and captions to that channel at your request. You remain responsible for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service and policies for everything published to your channel. Your use of the YouTube feature is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, original, fit for a particular purpose, or free of errors, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naravid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located there, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
